Jeremy Ray Qualifies Sixth in the Heartland

Jeremy Ray and the J4 Racing Team made their fourth stop of the 2018 NHRA Pro Mod Tour at the Menards NHRA Heartland Nationals in Topeka, Kansas on May 19-20, 2018.

In the first qualifying session, Jeremy ran a 5.98 @ 242. In Q2, Jeremy ran a 5.90 @ 243 and was qualified #15. In Q3, Jeremy ran a 5.90 @ 245 and was bumped out of the show. The last qualifying session kept everyone on the edge of their seats as Jeremy ran a 5.81 @ 247 to place him back in the field in the #6 spot.

On Raceday, Jeremy redlit (-.012) in Round 1, but made an impressive pass at 5.76 seconds at 248 mph.

The J4 Racing Team will travel to the Virginia NHRA Nationals at Virginia Motorsports Park on June 8-10, 2018.
